Standard shipping should take about 3 business days within Ontario but may take longer depending on where you are located. Large products and/or bulk orders may need a customized shipping agreement, a sales representative may contact you to discuss special shipping requirements.
All items are considered a final sale and cannot be canceled, returned or refunded. This can include all items on Shopify, and custom orders where you’ve selected color, print, finish, material, size, and/or configuration.
You must contact us directly at email@example.com and the shipping provider within 24 hours of receiving your product. Keep all the packaging that your items came in and please make sure to take photos of the damaged item. If you contact us after the 24 hours has passed may not be able to replace your item.
Once your product has left our facility we are not responsible for any damages that occur. All our products are highly fragile and we suggest you handle everything with extreme care and take precautions to avoid damages
Pick up location is116 Howden Rd Unit 4&5, Scarborough, ON M1R 3E4. If you are picking up large items please park behind our facility for easy loading. If you are picking up small items please come through our front door.
You can come to pick up your items on the confirmed pickup date that you were provided when you order was confirmed.
Pick up hours are only from 12:00 - 4:00 pm on your scheduled pickup date. Items that are not picked up within 5 business days of your pick up date, are subject to an additional holding charge of $25.00 per day. If you are unavailable for your pickup date and/or time please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We have a rush order fee of $50.00 that will be applied to your order and must be paid in full before you can pick up your items. A rush order fee will be applied to any order needed before their standard turn around times that are mentioned in the items descriptions. Unfortunately not all items can be rushed; any items that have a metal component or vinyl printing cannot be rushed and will take their full turn around time. Some acrylic items can be rushed, please call into our offices or write in the purchase order notes that you would like to have your items rushed and a sales rep will shortly be in contact with you.
All our products are made-to-order and we usually need 5 - 7 business days before your items will be made available for pick-up. All product descriptions should state how long it takes for that specific item to be made. Turn around times can range from 1 - 30 days so please ensure that you are ordering your items in advance of your events.
When you place an order we will confirm with you a date when your products will be ready and when you need to pick them up. Please remember that items not picked up on time may be subject to an additional storage fee.
Vinyl printing is semi-permanent, it is possible to remove but we do not recommend you do it yourself as you may damage your products. You can contact us at email@example.com to discuss if we can remove the printing for you, or you can contact a vinyl printing vendor directly.
Acrylic plastic can be damaged by harsh solvents and cleaners. Use a commercial plastic cleaner or mild soap and water to remove dirt and debris. When applying the cleaner, use a non-abrasive lint-free or microfiber cloth that won't scratch the surface.
For tough grease, oil, or tar residue, use commercial grade hexane or kerosene. All solvents need to be wiped clean with fresh water and blotted dry to reduce and prevent water spots.
When cleaning acrylic sheeting, never use ammonia, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, or gasoline as a cleaning solution. These kinds of solvents can cause cracks in acrylic sheeting and give the surface a frosted appearance.
We are only renting out equipment to registered businesses in Canada. If you are a registered business in Canada then you can apply to be apart of our rental program by applying here. Once you have submitted an application and have been approved, a sales rep will contact your shortly to provide you with our rental catalog.
